AISuppro provides digital services and subscription-based products. By subscribing to AISuppro, you agree to the following refund policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to AISuppro are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly or recurring subscriptions
- Setup fees
- Custom chatbot services
Once the Service is activated, no refunds will be issued.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
3. Service Availability
Temporary service interruptions, maintenance, updates, or third-party service issues do not qualify for refunds.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Exceptions
Refund exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of AISuppro and are not guaranteed.
